Jazzy Groomwear – Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all pre-orders (“Pre-Orders”) placed with Jazzy Groomwear Ltd (“Jazzy Groomwear”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

1. Placing a Pre-Order

When you place a Pre-Order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock or available for immediate dispatch. Pre-Order items are made-to-order or limited edition, and fulfilment is subject to availability.

We will provide an estimated dispatch window at checkout, but please note that these dates are estimates only and may be subject to change.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing your Pre-Order.

  • Currently, only card payments are accepted.

  • By providing your payment details, you authorise Jazzy Groomwear to charge the total amount at the point of order.

3. Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your Pre-Order has been successfully placed. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it represents a contract formed when the item has been dispatched or a formal acceptance notice is sent.

4. Delivery

  • Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

  • We will notify you by email if delays occur or if the estimated timeframe changes significantly.

  • Delivery is made to the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are correct.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You have the right to cancel your Pre-Order within 14 calendar days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the item is custom-made or personalised (see below).

  • If your item is made-to-measure or personalised, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless faulty or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

  • To request a cancellation or refund, please email info@jazzygroomwear.co.uk with your order number.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Pre-Order items (excluding custom orders) are eligible for return or exchange in line with our standard Returns Policy.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

7. Product Availability

  • Pre-Orders are subject to availability. If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be notified and refunded in full.

  • In the unlikely event of an issue with stock, production, or delivery beyond our control, Jazzy Groomwear reserves the right to cancel your Pre-Order.

8. Pricing

  • All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP) and include VAT at the current UK rate.

  • Delivery charges will be added at checkout, where applicable.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses due to delayed delivery or non-fulfilment of Pre-Orders, beyond the value of the purchase itself.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
